We are very excited to offer delivery duty paid with our shipping partner DHL. This means you can pay any taxes and duty at check out for seamless delivery to your door with no worry about hidden charges!
Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) - international customers can now prepay duties and tax at checkout so there is lower risk and more cost transparency. Packages that ship DDP will also clear customs faster.
Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) - if you prefer to pay duties & taxes upon delivery an estimate will be presented to you at the checkout page. You will receive the Invoice to pay from DHL Express. Delivery process will take longer.

Please track your parcel using the tracking number on your shipping confirmation - we send via DHL Express.
If you refuse your parcel or the storage limit expires in customs without payment and it is sent back to us a restock fee of £15.00 will be taken off your refund or you will be charged to reship.
We want you to get your merino goodies as soon as possible. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive (UK ONLY) (but because we are efficient, it will probably be sooner).
